Johnny
Madge is an olive oil expert and taster: He owns a wine bar in the
medieval village of Casperia an hour north of Rome where he holds his
"WINE, SINGING AND OIL" events.
He
came to Italy in 1982 to study Baroque architcture in Rome, went to
Carrara to learn to carve marble and later went to live in the olive
groves of Sabina.
