The evening begins with an olive oil tasting - including 3 times winner Best Oil in Italy. Wines are then tasted with cheeses, hams, local produce.

All this conviviality leads naturally to singing (Dylan, The Beatles, Sam Cooke, Smokey Robinson, Elvis Costello, Radiohead...) with Carlo Melodia on guitar and voice and everyone can JOIN IN!

The event can be held (at home) in the wine bar or (away) wherever you like and be combined with a PIZZA PARTY.
